Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in Tomei’s announcements dated 7 January 2021 and 18 August 2021.

On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that the following applications in relation to the Proposed Listing Exercise have been submitted on 27 August 2021:

(i) initial listing application to Bursa Securities in relation to the proposed admission of YXPM to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for the entire issued share capital of YXPM on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities;

(ii) application to the SC (Equity Compliance Unit) under the equity requirements for public listed companies for the Proposed Listing Exercise; and

(iii) application to MITI for the recognition of the Bumiputera equity content in YXPM and MITI’s assistance to nominate Bumiputera investors to subscribe for 46,518,800 YXPM Shares by way of private placement for the Proposed Public Issue.
