We refer to the ESOS which was approved by the shareholders of Green Ocean at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 27 October 2020.
Pursuant to Rule 9.19 (51) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ACE Market Listing Requirements, Green Ocean wishes to announce that Green Ocean has on 27 August 2021 offered a total of 116,500,000 share options at the option price of RM0.0275 to eligible employees of Green Ocean in accordance with the By-Laws of the ESOS.
