The Board of Directors of Global Oriental Berhad ("GOB") wishes to announce that Perbadanan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak and Macorp Holdings Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GOB had on 30 August 2021 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement to undertake the development of a parcel of leasehold land measuring approximately 15.281 acres forming part of the land held under H.S.(D) 229470, PT 235369 and H.S.(D) 229471, PT 235370 respectively, situated in Bandar Ipoh (S), Daerah Kinta, Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan.
