On behalf of the Board of Directors of Supergenics, Thinkat Advisory Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that Supergenics Life Science Sdn Bhd ("SLSSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Supergenics, had on 30 August 2021 entered into a share subscription agreement ("SSA") with Hope Stemcell Sdn Bhd ("Hope") for the proposed subscription of 242,500 new ordinary shares in Hope by SLSSB, representing 19.40% equity interest in Hope on an enlarged basis for a total cash consideration of RM242,500 ("Proposed Subscription"). The existing equity interest of SLSSB in Hope is 11.91%. 

In addition, the shareholders of Hope (including SLSSB) executed a further supplemental agreement on 30 August 2021 ("Supplemental Shareholders Agreement 2")to further amend the provision of the principal shareholders agreement and first supplemental agreement.
