Reference is made to the announcements dated 4 July 2019, 9 July 2019 and 12 March 2020.
The Board of Directors of Sunzen wishes to announce that the outstanding loan amounting to RM2,000,000 owing by Amplio to the Company in accordance with the Restated Loan Agreement dated 4 July 2019, has been repaid in full on 4 August 2021.
