The Board of Directors (the Board) of Paramount Corporation Berhad (Paramount or the Company) wishes to announce that Utropolis Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201201026826 (1011316-M)) (USB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has, on this 1 September 2021, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Makmur Asiamaju Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201201020800 (1005292-T)) for the proposed acquisition of a piece of freehold residential land measuring approximately 13.25 hectares (equivalent to 32.74 acres) in total area held under Geran 334692, Lot 115101 situated in Mukim Dengkil, Daerah Sepang, Negeri Selangor (the Land) at a total cash consideration of RM102,687,696.00 and upon the terms and conditions as contained in the SPA (Proposed Acquisition).
