The Board of Directors of DHB wishes to announce that the Company had on 3 September 2021 entered into a teaming agreement with Fermion ("Teaming Agreement") to establish collaboration and explore opportunities by creating a commercial partnership to apply technology expertise and tap on ecosystems to co-create Insurtech innovations to achieve digital insurance leadership for the Parties mutual benefits.
