SEDANIA INNOVATOR BERHAD ("SEDANIA" OR "THE COMPANY") 
- OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS")

Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Sedania wishes to announce that the Company has offered the following options under Sedania’s ESOS which was effectively implemented on 16 November 2015 to the eligible employees of Sedania and its subsidiaries (“ESOS Options”) in accordance with the provisions of the By-Laws of the ESOS. The details are set out below:

1.	Date of offer	3 September 2021
2.	Exercise price of options offered	0.6595
3.	Number of options offered	10,900,000
4.	Market price of its securities on the date of offer	RM0.710
5.	Number of options offered to each director	Nil
6.	Vesting period of the options	The options shall be exercisable within 30 days from 3 September 2021.

Note:

Being a discount of approximately 10% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of Sedania Shares immediately preceding the date of offer of approximately RM0.7328 from 26 August 2021 to 2 September 2021.

The Option Certificates for ESOS Options will be issued to the eligible employees of Sedania and its subsidiaries after due acceptance of the offer in accordance with the By-Laws of the ESOS.
