Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 19 March 2021 wherein it was announced that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 19 March 2021 approved the listing and quotation of 527,642,000 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 3 September 2021 submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval for an extension of time of 6 months for the Company to complete the Private Placement.
