Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the IPO Prospectus dated 30 June 2021 issued by HAILY and the announcements dated 26 July 2021, 2 August 2021 and 12 August 2021 in relation to the resumption of on-site construction activities ("Announcements").

As stated in Section 7.17 – Interruptions to business and operations of the IPO Prospectus, under the Full MCO 3.0 announced by the Government on 28 May 2021, the construction industry was not regarded as an essential service. In this respect, HAILY Group’s on-site construction activities were suspended. The Group have on 2 June 2021 submitted its application to the MITI for resumption of works.

The Board of Directors of HAILY wishes to announce that MITI had via its letters dated 4 September 2021, granted approval to the Group for the resumption of its on-site construction activities on the following projects sites:

1. 164 DSTH Meridin East – Parcel 1F2 Project;

2. I-Parc Tanjung Pelepas remedial work Project; and

3. Taman Nusa Sentral – Guardhouse and perimeter fencing Project.

The Group will resume its on-site construction activities on the above mentioned projects sites with effect from 6 September 2021.

As at the date of this announcement, the remaining 5 out of 20 on-site construction activities are still suspended. Further developments in relation to the decision from MITI for the remaining projects sites will be announced from time to time.
