Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Share Split

Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 20 August 2021 and 1 September 2021 in relation to the Proposed Share Split.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 8 September 2021, resolved to approve the Proposed Share Split.

The approval by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:-

1       Widetech and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Share Split;

2       Widetech and UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Share Split;

3       Widetech/ UOBKH to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders at the forthcoming general meeting for the Proposed Share Split;

4       Widetech and UOBKH to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Share Split is completed; and

5       Widetech and UOBKH are required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Paragraphs 6.35(2)(a) and (b) and 6.35(4) of the Listing Requirements.
