We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 60,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of XIAOMI by way of market making.

The XIAOMI-C8 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The XIAOMI-C8 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 21 October 2020. The XIAOMI-C8 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 23 October 2020, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 June 2021 and the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 8 September 2021.
