We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 13 August 2021 in relation to an application that was submitted to Bursa Securities to grant the Company an extension of time to submit the regularisation plan pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has granted the Company an extension of time up to 2 March 2022 to submit a regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities. This announcement is dated 9 September 2021.
