Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 6 November 2020, 1 December 2020, 12 January 2021, 26 February 2021, 12 July 2021 and 8 September 2021 in relation to the Rights Issue (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Company has resolved to fix the issue price of the Rights Shares at RM0.12 per Rights Share (“Issue Price”) at an entitlement basis of 5 Rights Shares for every 1 Hextar Industries Share held by Hextar Industries’ shareholders on an entitlement date to be announced and determined later.
The Issue Price of RM0.12 represents a discount of approximately 20.0% to the TERP of Hextar Industries Shares of RM0.15 based on the five (5)-days volume weighted average market price of Hextar Industries Shares up to and including 8 September 2021, being the last trading date prior to the date of this announcement of RM0.3079.
