The Board of Paramount wishes to announce that ASSB and KHSB have agreed to further extend the date of fulfilment of the Second Phase Conditions Precedent from 30 September 2021 to six months from the date of receipt of the duly approved and endorsed amended Planning Permission/Development Order by ASSB for the Proposed Development. Given that the approval process of the authorities is not within the control of ASSB, the exact expected date of fulfilment of the Second Phase Conditions Precedent could not be determined at this juncture.
