Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 24 March 2021 in relation to the resignation of Messrs Jamal, Amin & Partners (AF 1067) as the External Auditors of the Company.
The Board of Directors of PJBumi Berhad ("PJBUMI" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 13 september 2021 appointed Messrs Afrizan Tarmili Khairul Azhar (AFTAAS) (AF1300) as the new External Auditors of the Company after having received their letter of consent to act as Auditors of the Company.
