The Board of Directors of Lien Hoe Corporation Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that on 10 September 2021 the Shah Alam High Court has allowed the application by a contingent creditor to set aside the extension of the judicial management orders that were obtained by Macro Resources Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, on 21 January 2020, 14 July 2020 and 18 January 2021. 

This announcement is dated 13 September 2021 and is to be read in conjunction with the earlier announcements made on 5 November 2018, 8 November 2018, 15 January 2019, 23 January 2019, 9 April 2019, 23 July 2019, 21 January 2020, 14 July 2020, 22 January 2021 and 23 July 2021.
