Further to the Company’s announcement made on 7 December 2017 in relation to the Proposed Diversification of the existing activities of MQ Tech and its subsidiaries to include Marketing Services for gaming related business, the Board of Directors of MQ wishes to announce that Vivo Tower Holdings Ltd had refunded RM3.65 million being the initial deposit paid by MQ. In view thereof, the Marketing Agreement entered between the Company and Vivo Tower Holdings Ltd on 7 December 2017 is deemed to have lapsed.
