The Board of Directors of CNH wishes to announce that the Company had on 13 September 2021 received a notice in writing dated 10 September 2021 given pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 2015 from Messrs. Moore Stephens Associates PLT (“MSA”) on their resignation as Auditors of the Company.  Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act 2016, MSA’s term of office will end after twenty one (21) days from 10 September 2021.

MSA were re-appointed as the Auditors of the Company at the last Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company held on 11 May 2021 and is hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company.

Save for the above, the Board is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

Further announcement will be made by the Company in due course once the appointment of the new auditors is finalized.
