Reference is made to the announcements dated 24 February 2021, 25 February 2021, 10 May 2021, 8 June 2021 and 18 June 2021 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcements”) as well as the Circular dated 11 May 2021 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements and Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce the Proposed Acquisition is deemed completed on 15 September 2021 pursuant to the receipt of the Balance Purchase Consideration of RM27,160,000 by LF Holdings on even date.
