Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms set out herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in the announcements dated 10 September 2021 and 13 September 2021 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 15 September 2021, approved the listing and quotation of up to 49,640,565 new ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement on the Main Market of Bursa Securities, subject to the following:

(i) Ibraco and Kenanga IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Private Placement;

(ii) Ibraco and Kenanga IB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Private Placement;

(iii) Kenanga IB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Private Placement is completed; and

(iv) Payment of additional listing fee, if any, based on the final issue price together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of listing fees payable.
