REPLY TO QUERY FROM BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD (BURSA SECURITIES) DATED 15 SEPTEMBER 2021 PERTAINING TO THE JOINT VENTURE TERM SHEET ENTERED INTO BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND YL GLOBAL VENTURES SDN. BHD. ("YLGV")

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 14 September 2021, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
 

Kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1)  Background information of OTSAW Digital Pte Ltd (“OTSAW”) and iSenze Sdn Bhd including its principal business        activities;

2) The nature and usage of the robots to be distributed by YLGV for OTSAW;

3) Detailed information on the principal activities of KAB-RAT in respect of the distribution of ultraviolet C disinfection         system and other robotic solutions, including the nature of these products/services and explanation on how these         products are to be used/adopted by hospitals, shopping malls, educational facilities, concert halls and other public         areas and facilities;

​4) The timeframe to enter into a definitive agreement;

5) The details of the first robotics hub in Malaysia that YLGV and KAB intend to establish, and the relevant authorities’       approval required to establish the robotics hub.
