Pursuant to Rule 9.04 of the Ace Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”), the Board of Directors of Bioalpha wishes to announce that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Bioalpha (Hainan) Health Biotechnology Limited (“BHBL”) had on 17 September 2021 entered into a joint venture agreement (“JVA”) with Suzhou Medicalsystem Technology Co. Ltd. (“MEDIC”)(hereinafter referred to collectively as “Parties” and individually as “Party”) to formalize and set out the basic terms of their relationship with each other via their respective investment participation in the joint venture through a joint venture company (“JVCO”) to be incorporated to carry out the business of the joint venture in Suzhou Industrial  Park, Jiangsu Province, China as disclosed below (“Proposed Joint Venture”).
