The Board of Directors of Lien Hoe Corporation Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that, Macro Resources Sdn Bhd (“Macro”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, today received a letter from SL Ng Corporate Solutions Sdn Bhd informing that it has lodged the following documents with the Registrar of Companies:-

(a) A notification for the discharge of judicial management order under Section 424(3)/Section 425(5) of the Companies Act 2016; and
(b) A notification for the discharge of judicial manager under Section 417 and Subdivision 2, Division 8 of the Companies Act 2016.

Accordingly, SL Ng Corporate Solutions Sdn Bhd has ceased to be the judicial manager of Macro.

This announcement is dated 20 September 2021 and is to be read in conjunction with the earlier announcement made on 13 September 2021.
