The Company (“Plaintiff”) has been informed by its solicitors of the following update:-
On 17 September 2021, the Court had vacated the Hearing and proceeded to fix the new Hearing for the appeals on 26 November 2021. Parties were also informed that there will be no further case management as both parties have filed their respective written submission.
