Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcements made on 4 June 2021, 16 June 2021, 5 August 2021 and 8 September 2021 in relation to the same.

The Company wishes to announce that at the Court’s hearing held today, 20 September 2021, the Court has dismissed the Company’s injunction application and allowed the Defendants’ application for injunction to compel the Company to issue notice of EGM within 14 days from the date of this judgement and to convene the proposed EGM within 28 days from the date of the notice of EGM.

The Company has on the same day on 20 September 2021 applied for an oral application for a stay of execution on which the hearing is fixed on 21 September 2021.

The Company has also filed appeals against the Court’s decision to the Court of Appeal today on 20 September 2021.
