We refer to the Company's announcement dated 13 September 2021 in relation to the Offer. The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier said announcement.

Pursuant to 19.04 of the Rules, we wish to inform that the Offeror and a substantial shareholder of the Offeree mentioned in Rule 19.04 had dealt in the securities in Daibochi on 20 September 2021, further details as set out in the attached notification.
