We refer to the Company’s announcements in relation to the Proposed Acquisition dated 28 April 2021, 28 June 2021, 29 July 2021 and 18 August 2021 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Ancom Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had via its letter dated 22 September 2021, approved the listing of and quotation for 31,129,508 new ordinary shares in Ancom to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Acquisition, subject to, among others, the following conditions:

1. Ancom and Maybank IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Acquisition;
2. Ancom and Maybank IB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Acquisition;
3. Ancom to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders in general meeting approving the Proposed Acquisition; and
4. Ancom and Maybank IB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Acquisition is completed.
