Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the IPO Prospectus dated 30 June 2021 issued by HAILY and the announcements dated 26 July 2021, 2 August 2021, 12 August 2021, 6 September 2021 and 15 September 2021 in relation to the resumption of on-site construction activities ("Announcements").

As stated in Section 7.17 – Interruptions to business and operations of the IPO Prospectus, under the Full MCO 3.0 announced by the Government on 28 May 2021, the construction industry was not regarded as an essential service. In this respect, HAILY Group’s on-site construction activities were suspended. The Group have on 2 June 2021 submitted its application to the MITI for resumption of works.

The Board of Directors of HAILY wishes to announce that MITI had via its letters dated 23 September 2021, granted approval to the Group for the resumption of its on-site construction activities on the following projects sites:

1. 122 DSTH Bandar Putra Project; and

2. 217 DSTH Taman Mutiara Maju Project.

The Group will resume its on-site construction activities on the said projects sites as follows:-

1. 122 DSTH Bandar Putra Project – with effect from 25 September 2021; and

2. 217 DSTH Taman Mutiara Maju Project – with effect from 1 October 2021.

Further developments in relation to the decision from MITI on the remaining 2 out of the 20 on-site construction activities will be announced from time to time.
