On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that 20,000,000 new ordinary shares in THB ("New THB Shares") have been alloted and issued to the Vendor as consideration and the New THB Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 29 September 2021.
In addition, THB and the Vendor have completed their obligations under the SSA dated 16 April 2021, which marks the completion of the Proposed Acquisition.
