The Board of Directors of Uchi Technologies Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that in view of the impending expiration of the ESOS 2016 on 7 November 2021 and in pursuant to the By-Law 19.2 of the Company's ESOS 2016 By-Laws (the "By-Laws") and upon the recommendation by the ESOS Committee, the Board has decided to extend the ESOS 2016 for a period of five (5) years commencing from 8 November 2021 on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the By-Laws.
