The Board of Directors of Only World Group Holdings Berhad ("Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval on the proposed renewal of existing shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature of the Company (“Proposed Shareholders' Mandate”) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Circular to shareholders of the Company containing details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatch to shareholders in due course.
