The Company wishes to announce that the Board of Directors of Mikro MSC Berhad has recommended a final single tier dividend of 0.05 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2021 for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The entitlement date and payment date of the dividend will be determined at a later date.

A further announcement will be made upon finalisation of the entitlement and payment date of the dividend.
