Jaycorp Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company has proposed a final single-tier dividend of 5.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 July 2021 subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting.   

The entitlement and payment dates of the above proposed dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
