The Board of Directors of Stella wishes to announce that MEB Realty Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 30 September 2021 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Chill Master Industries Sdn Bhd (“Purchaser”) for the disposal of one (1) unit of three storey semi-detached factory building having its postal address known as No. 1, Jalan Apollo U5/190, Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Section U5, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor (“the Property”) for a total sale consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Five Million One Hundred Thousand (RM5,100,000.00) only subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA (“Proposed Disposal”). Please refer to the attached announcement for the details of the Proposed Disposal. This announcement is dated 30 September 2021. |
