The Board of Directors of ASTINO BERHAD ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 21st Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to be convened at a later date, for the renewal of mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions Of A Revenue Or Trading Nature ( the "Proposal").

A circular containing information in relation to the Proposal will be distributed to shareholders together with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31 July 2021.

The interested Directors and/or Major Shareholders of the Company will abstain from voting on the relevant resolution in relation to the Proposal at the forthcoming AGM.
