On behalf of the Board of Directors of BPPLAS ("Board"), Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad ("Kenanga IB") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:

1. an issuance of up to 93,844,000 new ordinary shares in BPPLAS ("Bonus Share(s)") on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 2 existing ordinary shares held in BPPLAS ("BPPLAS Share(s) or Share(s)") held on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later by the Board ("Entitlement Date") ("Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares"); and
2. an issuance of up to 37,530,600 free warrants in BPPLAS ("Warrant(s)") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 5 BPPLAS Shares held on the same Entitlement Date as the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares ("Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants"). 

The Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares and the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants are collectively referred to as the "Proposals". Please refer to the attachment for further details on the Proposals.
