The Board of Directors of SDS (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Board intends to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of proceeds raised from the initial public offering ("IPO") exercise in conjunction with the listing of and the quotation of its entire share capital on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 7 October 2019.
Further details of the abovementioned extension of timeframe for the utilisation of proceeds are disclosed in the attachment herein.
