With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 16, 2021, the Board of Directors of YBS International Berhad (“Board”) wishes to update the production facilities of the Group as follows:-

a) Production facilities in Malaysia

The production facilities of Oriental Fastech Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. (“OFMM”), Golden City Plastic Sdn. Bhd. (“GCPSB”) and Edaran Precision Industries Sdn. Bhd. (“EPISB”) in Bukit Minyak, Penang and Muar, Johor respectively are now allowed to operate in full capacity subject to Standard Operating Procedures issued by National Securities Council (MKN) and Ministry of Health. Accordingly, the OFMM, GCPSB and EPISB has resume its production capacity progressively.

b) Production facilities in Vietnam

The production facilities of Oriental Fastech Manufacturing (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. (“OFMV”) is now allowed to be operated in full capacity adhering to the Directives the as imposed by the Vietnam Government. The Vietnam Government has also uplift the implementation of "3 on the spot” (on-site production, on-site dining, on-site rest) approach in OFMV. OFMV has resumed its production capacity to at least 70% with effect from the date hereof.

The disruption of production capacity in the abovementioned companies has no material impact to the the financial position, cash flows and operating results of the Group.
