We refer to the announcement dated 24 August 2021 wherein M&A Securities Sdn Bhd had on behalf of the Company submitted an application for a further extension of time up to 6 March 2022 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to inform that the Board has resolved to withdraw the EOT Application. As such, the Private Placement has lapsed.
