Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 8 April 2021 and 6 July 2021 pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") made between its wholly-owned subsidiary, AIMFLEX Systems Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as i-Stone Systems Sdn. Bhd.) with G2 Energy Technology Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Exis Group Sdn. Bhd.) for the purpose of collaborating on the development and transfer of technology in the oil and gas (“O&G”), energy and related industries. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU as announced previously. The Company shall make further announcements as and when there are further material developments in relation to the MOU.
