On behalf of the Board of Directors of MJPerak (“Board”), M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”) wishes to announce that MJPerak had on 5 October 2021 entered into a conditional subscription agreement with Perbadanan Pembangunan Pertanian Negeri Perak (“PPPNP” or “Subscriber”) (“Subscription Agreement”) for the subscription of 56,875,900 new ordinary shares in MJPerak (“Shares” or “MJPerak Shares”) (“Subscription Shares”) (representing approximately 20% of the existing issued ordinary shares in MJPerak) at a subscription price of RM0.335 per MJPerak Share (“Subscription Price”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement (“Proposed Subscription”).
