The Board of the Directors of Chin Well is pleased to announce that the Company wishes to seek its shareholders' approval for the renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority for the Company to purchase up to 10% of the issued shares of the Company ("Proposed Share Buy-Back Renewal") to be tabled at the forthcoming 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company. 

A Share Buy-Back Statement in relation to the Proposed Share Buy-Back Renewal will be circulated to shareholders in due course.
