Further to our announcement on 5 October 2021, the Board of Directors of Lien Hoe Corporation Berhad wishes to clarify that the approval letter from Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Johor (“PTGJ”) dated 26 September 2021 received by Countryland Realty (“Purchaser”) imposed a payment of penalty on the Purchaser to the Johor State Government for the waiver of the Affordable Housing requirement.
