The Directors of Toyo Ventures Holdings Berhad had approved the change in the financial year end from 30 June to 30 September. The next set of audited financial statements shall make up for a period of 15 months from 1 July 2020 to 30 September 2021. 
The change of financial year end is due to the continuing extension of Movement Control Order in Malaysia and lockdown in Vietnam which has significantly hampered the ability of the Group to finalise the Group's financial statements on time.
