On behalf of the Board of Directors of Jetson, KAF Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price for the third tranche of the Private Placement comprising 1,000,000 Placement Shares at RM0.32 per Placement Share. The said issue price of RM0.32 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.58% from the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of Jetson Shares up to and including 7 October 2021 of approximately RM0.3539 per Jetson Share.
