The Board of Directors of Kluang Rubber wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of shareholders in respect of the following proposals at the forthcoming 62nd Annual General Meeting:- (i) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Share Buy-Back Authority ; (ii) Proposed Adoption of New Constitution.
