The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Sersol E-Solutions Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Dronology Sdn. Bhd. ("DSB") on 8 October 2021 with the intent to establish synergy in the development of a viable and sustainable business model and marketing program to commercially promote the products and services of DSB.
