On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the new ordinary shares in Impiana to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement at RM0.0756 per Placement Share.
The aforementioned issue price of RM0.0756 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0083 or 9.89% to the 5-day weighted average market price of Impiana Shares from 5 October 2021 to 11 October 2021 of RM0.0839.
