The Board of Directors of GHB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandates for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming Fiftieth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.

A Circular to Shareholders setting out the details of the aforesaid proposal will be uploaded in due course onto the Company's website at http://www.hoover.com.my together with the Company's 2021 Annual Report, and upon request, despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
